Monthly Subscription:  60 packs  x  1 block size of Fresh Food Blocks

  • Your billing date corresponds to the day you signed up for the monthly subscription and we will automatically continue to use the payment method you have chosen for subsequent billing periods. We will send you a reminder 1-3 working days before the auto-payment day to arrange for delivery.【E.g. if order is placed on 30/06/2020, the auto-payment day is on the 30th every month.】
  • Please tell us in the remarks section at checkout what flavors would you like. If not, the 5 flavors of fresh food blocks will be divided equally.
  • All products must be delivered within the same subscription month.
  • The minimum monthly subscription period is a continuous period of at least 3 months. If customers request to cancel the subscription due to non-quality or non-health issues, the remaining balance of subscription plan and a handling fee will be levied.
  • If you need to edit your order, details, i.e. the size or number, please notify us by E-mail or WhatsApp 2 working days before the auto-payment day.
  • If you need to stop or cancel your monthly subscription, please notify us by Email / WhatsApp 5 working days before the predetermined auto-payment date, otherwise, the remaining balance of subscription plan and a handling fee will be levied.
