Orders and Payments

Orders

 

  • As soon as we have received your full payment, we will start to process and dispatch your order.
  • All orders are processed and sent within 3-5 working days of the order being placed, and customers should receive the order the next day after we have dispatched.
  • If we have not received your payment after one month, your order will be cancelled automatically. We process our orders base on the payment time. The order of delivery will be based on the payment time.
  • If you have selected to collect your order directly from our workshop, you must make an appointment no less than 1 working day in advance. Upon arrival, please provide us your order number and contact phone number for verification.
  • We begin processing your order immediately upon receipt. For this reason, if customers request to cancel the order due to non-quality reasons, we will charge a handling fee of $100. Our company will refund the same amount by cash coupon code only. Customers can purchase other products within a period of time.
  • If the placed orders cannot be processed due to a supply shortage or other unavoidable causes, we reserve the right to cancel the relevant orders and a full refund will be issued to the customers. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
  • No change or cancellation is accepted once an order is confirmed.
  • Only items purchased on www.healthylittlepaws.com will be accepted for an exchange or a return one time (due to quality reasons). If your items were purchased at an authorized retailer, please contact the retailer directly to arrange for exchanging or returning.
  • In case of any disputes, Healthy Little Paws reserves the right of final decisions.

Delivery

 

  • Each online order can only specify to one shipping address.

  • Delivery Options:

1.     SF Cold Chain Delivery Services (9am-7pm): Delivery Fee is $45; Free delivery for orders over $450, and delivery to the designated address within 1 working day after delivery.

2.     HK Express Freeze Delivery Services (10am-7pm; time slots selection available): Delivery Fee is $65; Free delivery for orders over $600, and delivery to the designated address within 1 working day after delivery.

2.     SF Standard Express: Only for non-frozen products; Delivery Fee is $30; Free delivery for orders over $300, it will be delivered to the designated SF store / smart lockers about 1-7 working days after being sent out.

 

  • The Cold Chain Delivery service time is between 9 am-7 pm. The actual delivery time may be affected by factors such as area and traffic.
  • The delivery time for some remote areas is between 1 pm-5 pm only: View Details
  • The Cold Chain Delivery Services do not support the following areas: Sha Tau Kok, Lo Wu, Ta Kwu Ling, Man Kam To, Lok Ma Chau, Lau Fau Shan, Tai Po Shuen Wan, Lung Kwu Tan, Mai Po, Sai Kung Pak Tam Chung, Po Toi O, Clear Water Bay Tai Miu, All outlying islands (except Tung Chung, Discovery Bay, and Ma Wan)
  • Also, you can choose to collect your orders from our stores.
  • HK Express Freeze Delivery service is not available on Sundays​

Our Packaging


  • Fresh food blocks will be delivered with a cardboard box to provide extra protection.
  • The delivery process will remain at a low temperature. No extra warm-keeping equipment is needed.
  • If you received an item that was melted seriously upon arrival, please take a picture (e.g. the water stains inside the cardboard box) and contact us immediately.
