There is a total of 5 flavors for dogs (Chicken, Pork, Beef, Fish, and Duck) and 1 flavor for cats (Chicken & Fish).

How much should my pet eat every meal?
Our portion suggestions are calculated by pets’ weight. You can follow the suggestion and feed your pets the right portions.
Taking a 4.5-5kg adult dog as an example, the suggesting feeding portion is one block per meal.
How long can the Fresh Food Blocks be stored?
Fresh food blocks utilized the vacuum packaging which followed the hospital guides.
It is strongly suggested that the blocks are kept in a freezer and consume within 3 months.
What are the delivery terms?
Fresh food blocks will be delivered to your address with Cold Chain Delivery Services.
Free delivery in Hong Kong over a $450 order!
Snacks will be delivered with the standard delivery service to your address or an SF store.

How heavy is one Fresh Food Block?
1/2 block size is about 55g；1 block standard size is about 110g；1.5 block size is about 165g.
