Terms and Conditions
HLP Membership Program:
- HLP Membership Program and offers are applicable to Healthy Little Paws online store only. Reward credits are calculated based on the net price of each purchase. All reward credits can be applied during checkout.
- Every HK$200 spent is equivalent to $2 HLP reward credits, while every HK$400 spent is equivalent to $4 HLP reward credits, and so forth. Reward credits will be awarded to your account automatically for every completed order. Reward credits can be accumulated and are valid within 12 months. All accumulated credits which have not been used within the valid period will be cancelled.
- HLP membership and reward credits are not transferrable and non-exchangeable for cash.
- For Premium and VIP members, a surprise gift will be sent upon spending of HK$800. This offer can only be enjoyed once per member.
- Premium and VIP members can receive a birthday promo code during the birthday month. The birthday promo code is valid within 1 month after sending out and the expired promo code will be cancelled.
- The discount offer is valid for purchase of regular-priced Freeze-Dried Fresh Food Blocks and snacks only, including the Freeze-Dried Snacks and Healthy Snacks. This offer refers to 10% off for VIP members.
- HLP members must sign in to their HLP account on Healthy Little Paws Website to enjoy the above rights and privileges.
- Healthy Little Paws reserves the right to offer and amend any of the Terms and Conditions of HLP Membership Program, including any or all of the benefits, or to terminate it at any time without any prior notice. All matters of dispute will be subject to the final decision of Healthy Little Paws.
Membership Levels, Renewal, and Restrictions:
- The valid accumulated spending amount of all members will be valid for a term of 12 months from the date of generation, expired accumulated spending amount will be automatically invalidated. Upon renewal or upgrade, the valid accumulated spending amount of members on Healthy Little Paws Website will automatically be reset to zero.
- Unless otherwise terminated in accordance with these rules, validity period for Standard Members has no expiry date.
- The validity period for Premium and VIP Membership is 12 months. Membership level becomes valid from the date when such member effectively becomes the respective level of member.
- Premium Membership Renewal: Premium Membership will be automatically renewed if a Premium Member’s valid accumulated spending amount on Healthy Little Paws Website during the validity period for the Premium Membership level reaches HK$2,000, the validity period for renewal would be 12 months.
- VIP Membership Renewal: VIP Membership will be automatically renewed if a VIP Member’s valid accumulated spending amount on Healthy Little Paws Website during the validity period for the VIP Membership level reaches HK$10,000, the validity period for renewal would be 12 months ; if a VIP Member's valid accumulated spending amount on Healthy Little Paws Website during the validity period for the VIP Membership reaches HK$2,000 but falls short of HK$10,000, the VIP Member will be automatically downgraded to Premium Member on the first day immediately following the expiration date of the original Membership level.
- If a Premium / VIP Member’s valid accumulated spending amount on Healthy Little Paws Website during the validity period of the respective Membership level does not reach HK$2,000, he/she will be automatically downgraded to Standard Member on the first day immediately following the expiration date of the original Membership level.
- All matters of dispute will be subject to the final decision of Healthy Little Paws.
